Cuti Sekolah 2 minggu.
Minggu pertama, hantar kids stay with my parents in Seremban. Promised them to bring to Hotel in JB for attending wedding ceremony and jalan jalan.
At JB, stayed at Bluewave Hotel. The hotel was nice, room was spacious and location was good.
Shopping at Holiday Plaza. Lot of imitation product but grade AAA quality (Korean made) sold there. Price was much cheaper if compared with Johor Premium Outlet. Spent RM300 in 2 shops.
On the way back to KL, highway traffic was horrendous. Monday, visiting Genting Highland.
Admit, I was too afraid of height. Cable ride was a scary one.

Monday Morning
Staff aku tengok aku tekun membuat kerja pagi ni. Selalunya aku menghadap Ipad di sebelah melayan facebook atau surfing net atau bermain game.
Tapi, aku keep on writing and thinking at my Notebook.
Diorang tak tau aku tengah mengantuk dan menulis blog secara berterusan di pagi ni.

Crotia vs Ireland
Well, its 3 am on Monday, need to have a good sleep.
Final result 3-1 on Crotia. What I read on net, Luca Modric
was man of the match.

Spain vs Italy
- Watched with others at Mamak. Everybody expecting Spain (world champion) will trashing Italian. Italy has so many problems at their country from fixing match scandal to long list of injury to their main players.
- Surprising, Spain playing with no top striker. Italian fielding Balotteli (hate this guy).
- Game was nice and fast. Spain trying to adopt Barcelona style of play but was not materialized due to playing with two defensive midfielder ie Bousquet and Alonso. While, Italy was playing don't-allow-spain-keep-possession. Their defenders played superbly. Pirlo was key midfielder passing and manoeuvrings the balls.
- Balotelli was so damn stupid not to install rear view mirror when he has a golden chance to score.
- Second half, Torres was in replacing Fabregas - I said BODOH. 2 golden chances were wasted.
Final score 1 - 1. Nice game and worth to watch one more time.

- Didn't watch the game as I was busy playing Virtual Tennis Game on my Ipad.
Russia vs Czech
- Watched it on and off. Well, at 3 am, and sitting alone in front of Tele didn't help you awake all the time. Final Result was 4-1. Russian playing what a wonderful football.

- Watched it with more people at Mamak. Noisy and tense crowed. Holland was having a good game for first 20 minutes. Then, Danish showing Holland how to score a goal. Yes, Arjen Robben was so greedy and selfish. He should sell more fish than playing football. Van Persie always lost in translation after playing upfront alone. Sneijder was same as he played with Inter Milan. Problem with Holland was/is, they don't have good defenders. For me, first game will wake them up. Up next will be tough game against Germany and Portugal.
Final result, Denmark beating Holland 1-0.

Problem is, indirectly I am creating an enemy. The assistant manager will piss off. I believe this supplier is close relationship with him.
Profesionalism is utmost important but I am worry this guy will take his own hand.

2 months off
Almost 2 months I have not written any in this blog. Well, I blame it on this new blog feature. Once preview, your material is gone completely. I was not an expert blogger though.

Office
Aku shoot email to service manager due to unindetified supplier. My concern why 2 suppliers are involved in one scope of work. And best part, why this supplier suddenly appeared starting this year.
Assistant Manager been asked by his boss (service manager) and did reply to my email.
I am still unsure about his long explanation although i have siged the supplier cheque since the job has been completed. I will monitor closely on this supplier.
Problem is, indirectly I am creating an enemy. The assistant manager will piss off. I believe this supplier is close relationship with him.
Profesionalism is utmost important but I am worry this guy will take his own hand.

Master EPL 2012
530 petang tadi selepas mendapat tiket free, menyaksikan 4 renowned team competing infront of not many crowds at stadium melawati shah alam.
Legends from Man U, Liverpool, all star EPL dan Malaysia competing 6 a side plays.
Best part, ultras malaya buat lagu dan entertainng crowds with superbly. Especially they asked for resignation of president FAM.
Last year i did go to same tournament at bukit jalil. Kira ok in term of crowds, environment and venue.
This year, something is missing, macam boring je. Stadium besar sangat, too much echo masa MC announced. Indoor too cold, kat luar, cuaca memang panas giler. Migrain pun start.
Balik awal, watches MU and everton live game at TV lebih bermakna.

Upin dan Ipin
Sabtu malam ahad sekeluarga ke istana budaya menyaksikan Upin&Ipin teater muzikal.
Show starts at 830 malam, reached there around 820pm. Free parking area was so limited that I have to pay RM15 for valet service. Damn.
Comments about the show:
a. Not recommended for adults. You will get freaking bored for 2 hours.
b. So much changes in prop, music arrangement wasnt that good, lightning was so so, you can see stage people running
to change the props.
c. This musical was sponsored by KPJ hospital. Too much scene promoting KPJ which most of the time irritiating people like me.
In a nutshell, not worth for RM83 per seat. Spend on the food will be much better.

Kaya
At recent when I was driving and riding around my house area, I can see most of well branded car and luxury car drove by Malay.
During morning rush, Estima, Alphard sometimes Vellfire mostly drove by Malay. Malay has shown their high taste and spending power.
Last Friday, when I was at Saujana Hotel for a Meeting, there was an akad nikah for new couple held at saujana ballroom. As what current practise nowdays, akad nikah always been held at Mosque.
My colleague did ask me, shouldnt be necessary this akad nikah to be held at hotel? Its always been a case that only wedding reception and not akad nikah ceremony. He did pointed out that nowdays Malays already rich, and why they still need a tongkat.
My opinion, this tongkat only enriching a few malay. The rest of malay still living in denial. Yes, staying in low/medium cost house but driving branded SUV. Another type of Malay, still in dire need of support.
For me, love to have an attitude of dont care and dont know.

Selepas melayan 2 game bola di TV malam tadi, yang mana mata aku menonton separuh masa antara MU dan AV.
Masa second half dan game antara Chelsea dan Spurs, TV yang menonton aku. Sedar dalam pukul 3 pagi, chelsea membelasah 5 1.
Sambung tidur dan sempat sampai office before 8.

Kenduri doa selamat sempena pembukaan gymasium oleh apai. Grand opening will be on 19th april. I would not miss to be a member.

Yesterday
Layan movie Battleships at e curve bersama sama Novarians.
Two hours for whole movie, but the excitement only for one hour. Why? For the boring an hour didnt excite me which full of nonsense talking and kissing. The story was simple and very direct approach which appeared with happy ending as everyone expected.
The explosions as well as strategy applied against the Aliens were interesting that keep you awake. The two most recognised women acting in this movie in my opinion shouldnt be in the script to ensure the movie has more excitement.
With them, the movie i can rate 7/10.
Without them, would be 9/10.

Nak cerita pasal my office.

a. Department yang tak perform, tapi mendapat kelebihan di hujung tahun untuk bonus. Sebabnya, baik dengan GM.GM mempunyai kata putus berapa bulan perlu dibagi.
b. Aktiviti 5S, yang sepatutnya meningkatkan productiviti. Tapi apa yang berlaku adalah sebaliknya. Membelanjakan wang yang banyak untuk upgrade semua benda. Semuanya menggunakan satu benda iaitu 5S.
c. Aku ni terlampau baik. Dah 2 tahun aku mendapat rating yang tidak baik. Effect bonus. Padahal, aku join since 2007, the company starts making money and hit every year record in term of revenue and profit. GM aku ni adalah seorang yang slow in making any decision. Pernah aku overide him, he pissed off and as a result my rating worst.
Kekadang aku terfikir, why I am so naive. Helping other departments or sales man to increase revenue and same time was not seen as high performer.
I am now starts searching for a new environment.
Damn.
